Shipping charges are determined by the dollar amount of your order.
Free Ground shipping on orders of $90.00 or more to be delivered within the Continental United States.
All orders under $90.00 will be charged as follows:
Orders of $39.00 and under - $8.50 for ground shipping.
Orders between $40.00 and $89.00 - $9.00 for ground shipping.
- Alaska, Hawaii and US territories: addresses will be shipped via U.S.Postal Service Priority Mail. Recipient will be charged current U.S. Postal rates plus handling.
- APO and FPO addresses will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
- Order usually arrives in 2-3 business days. (for in-stock items)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Express service also available at current rates.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If items are backordered and the total merchandise order is under $90.00, the total shipping and handling charges will be charged proportionally as the merchandise is shipped.
- If your order qualifies for free shipping and there is a backordered item(s), the backorder will be shipped free of charge.
BACKORDERS
- Not all items are available at all times. There could be up to a 90 day period for backorders to arrive. Once you place your order, we will immediately contact you and let you know of the status of the backordered item.
- If you decide that you prefer not to wait for the backordered item, you have the option of choosing another item to replace the backordered item.
- If the original merchandise order is under $90.00 the total shipping and handling charges will be charged proportionally as the merchandise is shipped.
- If your order qualifies for free shipping and there is a backordered item(s) the backorder will be shipped free of charge.
RETURNS
We stand behind the quality of our MANTATM label 100% if for any reason you are not satisfied with your MANTATM we will be happy to give you a refund or exchange.
There are some guidelines for returning items:
- MANTATM garments must be in original condition – this means that it must not have ever been worn except to try it on for size. Garments that are returned with odor of perfume, body odor, smoke, stains, pet hair or washed items. If the returned merchandise is affected by any of the above conditions there will be a $8.00 per item charge.
- The above policy exists because the value of the merchandise affected by these conditions has been diminished considerably and cannot be resold at full value.
- The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- If you are returning all items for a refund, you will be refunded the amount of the merchandise minus the shipping and handling charge.
- If you received your merchandise through the free shipping offer, there will be a $7.00 per shipment fee which will be deducted from the total.
- If you need to return your MANTATM for a refund, customers need to contact us by e mail or telephone. We will then give you a return authorization number. Once you have a return authorization number, go ahead and ship your items. Contact for returns: vanoz@mind.net
- All returned merchandise for a refund must be received within 30 days of original order.
- Customers returning merchandise after 30 days of original order will be issued a credit on a future order and not a refund.

- If you need to exchange your MANTATM for a different size or color, customers need to contact us by e mail or telephone. We will then give you a return authorization number. Once you have a return authorization number, go ahead and ship your items. Contact for exchanges: vanoz@mind.net
- Shipping and handling charges for exchanges will be current USPS rates ($4.75 and up)
